🤸🏻‍♀️ While I pushed my boundaries during the hike in July, the rest of my time traveling was less active than normal. I had pain in neck and spine after the injury and it got triggered when doing things I would usually do, like handstands and planks, so I mainly did reformer pilates. Being home means access to all my favorite trusted teachers and I could not be happier.
